All work is done on SOS’ own premises  We take confidentiality very seriously and will never disclose client information without the client’s consent  A reliable, trustworthy and friendly service is guaranteed at all times  Payment of invoices is required within 14 days from date of the invoice, preferably via BACS payment  We will consistently endeavour to produce error free work, however the final proofreading is the client’s responsibility and errors must be notified within 7 days of receipt when they will be rectified free of charge  We are not registered for VAT  An agreement detailing the client’s requirements may need to be signed by both parties before commencement  In some cases a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of an item of work may be required  With work charged by the hour the total charge will be rounded up to the nearest quarter of an hour All completed work will be delivered by email, disc, first class post or potentially locally by hand Mileage is charged at 40p per mile; postage, stationery and any other expenses incurred will be charged at cost
